Studies have shown that 3 hours of training a week is not enough to master the basics. Benfica Level 1 Summer Camp is a 2 week program tailored to meet their needs, step by step we’ll guide our young players to mastering the fundamentals and they will explore different positions within the team.
Players will compete in simplified competitions. A decathlon, where we will establish their current performance, and a triathlon where players will learn how to read situations and react accordingly in 2v2 games.
